Copywriting guidelines

To ensure brand consistency and maintain the appropriate professional tone across all communication channels, please adhere to the following standards for written usage of the brand name.

1. EverPeak (Default Marketing & Informal Usage)

Use the shortened name, EverPeak, as the primary standard for marketing materials and daily business correspondence. This form is punchy, approachable, and aligns with our "hardest working" brand persona.

When to use it:

  • Marketing Copy: Ad headlines, body copy, and social media posts.
  • Email Body: General day-to-day correspondence and internal updates.
  • Sales Materials: Decks, brochures, and casual presentations.
  • Website Navigation: Buttons, menus, and footer links.

2. EverPeak Insurance (Formal & Legal Usage)

Use the full name, EverPeak Insurance, only when formal context or legal clarity is required. This version establishes authority and provides necessary professional weight in official environments.

When to use it:

  • Legal Documents: Contracts, policies, and compliance filings.
  • Press Releases: Headlines and the first mention in the lead paragraph.
  • Official Titles: Formal document titles, white papers, and annual reports.
  • Email Signatures: In the official company identification block.

3. Mandatory Formatting Rules

Regardless of which version you use, the following technical rules always apply:

  • CamelCase is Key: Always capitalize the E and the P (EverPeak). Never write it as "Everpeak" or "Ever Peak".
  • Trademark Symbol: Use the trademark symbol () on the first instance of the name in any document or unique web page. Example: EverPeak™ or EverPeak™ Insurance. You may drop the symbol for subsequent mentions, if its use creates visual clutter in a headline, or if it creates another readability issue.
  • All-Caps Exception: For specific design layouts or headlines, EVERPEAK (all caps) is acceptable, provided it is consistent throughout that specific asset.
